Reader Submissions: Wedding Vows and Ring Inscriptions

The readers of this site continue to be an amazing and creative bunch. Anna Maria wrote in after reading the ring inscription article and said that she is planning to have "the greatest of these is Love", a quote from 1 Corinthians 13, which I think is a beautiful sentiment.

Meanwhile, Sarabeth Andrews contributed her wedding vows: "(Name), I take you to be my (husband/wife/spouse), from this point forward, to join with you and to share all that is to come, to be your faithful (husband/wife/spouse), to give and to receive, to speak and to listen, to inspire and to respond. This will be a commitment made in love, kept in faith, and eternally made new. " This is a great example of a vow that is modern without losing sight of tradition or poetry.
