The Formal Wedding

A formal wedding is ideal for those couples who value elegance and tradition. It can often be a very expensive wedding as well, but if your budget isn't as big as your dreams, don't worry. Just ensure that your setting is beautiful and formal. (No picnic tables, thank you!)


ATTIRE:
Groom: Black tie or white tie

Groomsmen: Black tie

Bride: formal ballgown length dress, such as Priscilla of Boston.

FLOWERS: Think white roses, white orchids, stephanotis, classic flowers.

FAVORS: A bottle of wine or an engraved silver key chain.

MUSIC: Small orchestra or a standards band

INVITATIONS: An engraved invitation on a heavy card stock such as those offered by Cranes

SETTING: a country club, museum, ballroom.

TRANSPORTATION: Drive away in a vintage Rolls Royce, use black stretch limousines for the rest of the day.
