By , About.com Guide

For the fifth year in a row, the Today Show is hosting Today Throws a Wedding, a special series that gives a couple a dream wedding with all expenses paid. The only catch? The TV viewing audience gets to pick all elements of the wedding, from the wedding dress to the bridal hairstyle to the honeymoon location. For the first time this year, the lucky couple will win a destination wedding. Viewers will still get to vote on the major details of the wedding, including this week, which lucky couple will win.

Meet the Couples of Today Throws a Destination Wedding

1) Rachel Henn, 27 & John Davis, 31 from West Babylon, NY. John is in Advertising, and Rachel is a waitress. Rachel dreamed about meeting a tall Asian man just a few months before she met John, leading her to believe that he truly is the man of her dreams. John says that he was extremely nervous when deciding to approach her parents and ask for her hand in marriage, but thank goodness she said yes!

2) Danielle Demaree, 28 & William Peppler, 30 from Orlando, FL. Danielle and Bill first met in high school when she had a huge crush on him. They had a first kiss after a dance but nothing more happened until nine years later when they ran into each other, and he was the one pursuing her. Today, Danielle works in medical sales, and Bill is a professional staffer.

3) Nicole Woods, 29 & Frank Beckton, 34 from Cypress, CA. Frank and Nicole have been dating for eleven years but wanted to wait until Nicole had finished some of graduate school in art history before tying the knot. They say the best part of their relationship is the laughter.

4) Nikki Hensley, 29 & Roger Butler, 27 from Clarksville, TN and Lexington, KY. U.S. Army Corporal. About three weeks after they started dating, U.S. Army Corporal Buddy Butler found out that he was being deployed to Iraq. They spent their weeks apart from each other writing constantly and getting to know each other. Buddy says that the minute he stepped off the plane from Iraq and saw Nikki was the moment he knew he want to marry her. Nikki, a medical receptionist, has a five-year-old daughter from a previous marriage.
