2 Easy Save-The-Date Card Options
Thursday August 10, 2006
Okay, so you could go all DIY and make some adorable save-the-dates. But do you really need to add another big project to your growing to-do list?
Here are two easy ways to send out save the dates.
1)Using a cute picture of the two of you, upload it to the Kodak Easy Share Gallery and easily turn it into a card printed with all the details you need to tell guests.
2)The US Post Office can print, produce, stamp, and mail postcards for you. You'll have your Save-the-dates in people's hands with only a few clicks of your mouse. While you can upload your own picture, you can also choose an image from their free gallery. Could this get any easier?

You can save money by selecting postcards for the “Save The Date” cards rather than traditional cards with envelopes. Postage rates for postcards are only .24 as opposed to .39 for regular postage.

The USPS thing looks awesome and affordable, but wanted to let you know your link is broken. They still have the service but your link didn’t work for me.
Thanks – I wrote this post in 2006, so they probably changed the link in the meantime. It should be fixed now.
