Affordable Honeymoons
Wednesday April 9, 2008
With the current state of the American economy, taking a fantasy honeymoon is starting to look like only a fantasy for many brides and grooms. Even if you're able to use airline points to ferry yourself to a far corner of the globe, the cost of hotels, meals, and activities may still be out of your reach. But where can a couple on a budget go for a fantastic honeymoon? New York Magazine offers a stretch-your-dollar honeymoon planner, which allows you to see what a budget vacation might look like in several different countries. The writing tends to pigeonhole these beautiful places, but it's still useful as a brief snapshot.
You may also want to check out About.com's guide to inexpensive honeymoons. It will help you figure out The cheapest months to travel, how to find cheap hotel rooms and even point you to some more great websites for savers.

Unfortunately, honeymoons requiring foreiforeign travel are especially out of reach due to current exchange rates.
Still, couples who use your resources and their own research skills can still put together dream weddings “in our own backyard” so to speak.
Hi, I have located dozens of truly all inclusive resorts. For 10 nights in Cancun I found resorts that are as low as $175/night up to $330 for an ocean view room. When I mean all inclusive, I mean not just meals for dance lessons, language lessons, biking, all water sports, snorkling, scuba and DRINKS.
I have some listed at my site.
